The room was mind-blowing, with a super spacious bedroom, small pantry, living room, and balcony. The view of Phewa Lake from the bedroom and the city view from the balcony were jaw-dropping. The rooftop offered a jaw-dropping view of Anapurna Mountains, Phewa Lake, Peaceful Pagoda, and the city. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The location was awesome, close to restaurants, cafes, ATMs, and taxi pool near the lake. an amazing luxury hotel with kind staff, excellent facilities like Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, dryer, and well-equipped kitchen.

The hotel is located near the bustling tourist area, with a plethora of restaurants to choose from, along the main street of the city. It provides some of the most beautiful views of the majestic mountains from the scenic balcony. the rooms were kept clean, had comfortable bed linen, and a pleasant ambiance.
The noise level in the area can be quite loud at night, making it difficult for some to sleep.

Pros of Our Recent Stay at Batika Hotel
Although we did encounter a small issue with the air conditioning randomly switching to fan mode and the temperature not cooling as much as we would have liked, it was a minor inconvenience that did not overshadow our overall positive experience.

Fancy restaurant with healthy food, exciting experience for business or holiday, rooftop garden. Free Wi-Fi but better not use it because it's so slow!
The Wi-Fi is basically useless, so it's like being disconnected from the world. How amazing!

I spent a wonderful Christmas in a hotel that really exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which was perfect for relaxing after long walking days. the location of the hotel was ideal as it was near to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, making my stay more enjoyable.
Although my experience was overall positive, I did have some small issues during my stay. The heating in the room was not functioning properly which made the nights a bit chilly.

During my business trip, I appreciated the free welcome drink offered upon arrival. the hotel's location was convenient and close to shopping areas. the hotel provided a complimentary breakfast which saved me time and money.
The staff was unprofessional and untrained. the restaurant staff did not listen to my requests and were unable to fulfill my basic needs.
